Did you try to ping the site. 

- If you can ping to google.com or other site then you connection is ok. You may require to configure the browser. 

- And If you can&#039;t ping then check your mobile operator&#039;s connectivity.</description>

I am a bit of a layman is there any chance you can tell me exactly what I need to do to do this?
